"CI Customer Service stands behind the quality of their product"
CI Customer Service quickly corrected an issue I had with a bad bundle of cigars. 80% of the cigars had split wrappers and were unsmokeable. This is the first time this has happened in the 10 years I've been ordering from them. After a few messages back and forth with CS, they decided to replace the bundle, and within 2 days I have a replacement bundle being sent to me before the end of their work day.
